NO AGREEMENT STATUS AND OVERTIME PROHIBITION

In all the Finnish Construction Trade Union’s collective agreement sectors starting from 1 March 2018
During the overtime prohibition
all the employees of the Finnish Construction Trade Union’s collective agreement sectors will work only from Monday to Friday at 07:00–16:00.
Working hours that deviate from this and that were already valid before 1 February 2018 can continue normally. Shiftwork or other deviating working hours starting after this may no longer be continued or started.
All on-call work
taking place outside of Mon-Fri at 07:00–16:00 must end. Emergency work will be done, but nobody is on-call for possible emergency work.
If the negotiations do not progress, we will escalate our actions.
