How to get CityShoppari
Download the app via your mobile membership card
The easiest way to use CityShoppari is via your Finnish Construction Trade Union mobile membership card. You can find a link to CityShoppari underneath your mobile membership card membership benefits. Follow the link to download the CityShoppari app if you don’t already have it on your phone.
- If you don’t have a mobile membership card, you can download the CityShoppari app from the Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery app stores (links to apps).
How to redeem the discounts in CityShoppari
The mobile membership card link will direct you straight to CityShoppari and automatically record/activate discounts once you’ve confirmed your phone number in the app.
If for some reason you’re unable to access CityShoppari automatically from your mobile membership card, log in to CityShoppari manually using your membership number as follows:
1. Log in with your phone number.
2. Register as a union customer. Your password is your membership number with the prefix RL (e.g. RL123456).
